Don't be an idiot. Roblox has "prided" itself on being a gateway for aspiring game developers to kickstart their careers while also providing the appropriate tools to learn how to do so for those who don't have prior knowledge on how to actually make games. If roblox want to market their product for both demographics (kids who play games and young adults/teens who make games) they can't keep treating everybody like a child. You can't have it both ways unfortunately. This is a really good post its a shame people choose to be dense about it. |

If roblox wants to be taken professionally they should actually ask the users before making big updates like this.
I think I remember in an S&I thread where they say you can't suggest a removal of a major update.
So even if the update was completely despised by all they won't even consider it. |

It's exactly what they do though. Their real target audience is the kids who will pretty much play any game regardless of popularity, and are more swindled to freely give up their allowance money for BC. They have to pander to "devs" though because there are better platforms than ROBLOX to make new games on, so they use real-life money exchanges (at terrible rates for the dev, most of them don't realize is that they are getting is less than 20% of the revenue their game helps to create). |
