This would be nice, but there would be noobs going through the comments flagging every single one as spam. I'll support if there's a limit to how many comments you can flag per hour.

Maybe an added perk to the Veteran Badge, in which you can only mark as spam if you have it.

@thecoolRPG There's no "Spam" category you can use to report them, just a waste of page and time also :/
