The wasteland changes men and was no such exception for the 2 figures sitting across from each other in the bar in crane town. Those men were Nomad, named so for never staying in one place for long. The other was a younger man known by the name of Cryomancer for his cold hard. Nomad having worked everything from smuggler to mercenary, was settling in for a long retirement as the 2 veteran mercenaries crossed eyes. That crossing of eyes later led to the making of Blacklight.

After 3 years of small time work including assassinations, escorts, and private security the bond broke apart. Nomad, living up to his name, moved on for what Cryo could only guess as "a personal journey". Cryo used his ambition to build Blacklight into the powerhouse known today by recruitment, higher pay missions, and gun smuggling.

5 years had past since Nomad left, Cryo had turned Blacklight into a successful PMC group and things were looking good Blacklight. Like a sudden breeze, Nomad was violently swept back into Cryo's life. The 5 years of survival had reverted Nomad to his primitive survival instincts making him more animal then man. Even to this day he has not been completely restored. Blacklight continues to grow as it faces new challenges by the USCPF and CDF every day. |
