I have, sadly I forgot the groups. I am looking for a fashion/cafe group to be a HR, I want to direct people. I would ask the "troller" to stop, if he did not I would kick thy. I would be that one rank, who would stand up to help others, I would help the customer by telling what we do here! Loyal,Trustworthy,Skillful. I have had experiance at a Starbucks group, and my rank was cashier, but soon, I ranked up to manager. I want to be employed at Sea Side Cafe because I have a plethera of experiance with groups like this. I will accept any rank that includes working, or interviewing people. If there were a troller at the cafe, I would give them two chances to stop, and if they dont, I would kick them. I would help customers by informing them about what we do, and I would be happy to answer any questions from them. Loyal, hard working, intelligent. Benefitting Sea Side Cafe is easy. You get another employee! I will also work as hard as i can and I would gladly help interview or recruit people for certain jobs/ranks below me. I have no questions, comments, or concerns. 1.yes im in a group right now and im vice chairman 2.because i have a fun experience with cafe groups and i do not judge by skin and i will not be rude to any customers 3.if i was non admin i would warn him 2-3 (depends on what hes doing) then call a admin if i was admin i would warn him 5 times then kick him if he came back i would worn him 2 times then ban 4. ask him what his problem is and if its big enough tell a admin or solve it myself 5.i dont judge i have patience im nice to all custemers and i give No disrespect to customers or hr's im very fast at my job and i have a good memorie 6. im one more member to help you grow and if theres a situation involving a fight with customers hr's or other traine's or servers i will solve it my self. 7. i have no concerns
