Hello, all High ranks are required to read this.
i want you to follow these simple rules, i am simply doing this to increase our activity demoting inactive High Ranks, if you want your HR rank to stay then follow these rules:
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
1. Maturity, using grammar.
2. Not abusing your power.
3. Promoting/Demoting for no reason.
4. Not shouting "Train over" and keeping the shout as "TRAIN" when nothing is really happening.

If you noticed that you are no longer a High Rank and got demoted, the reason why is probably:
You are too inactive.
You are abusing your power.
You are not following the rules.
I want high ranks to host trainings as much as they can to keep the group alive and at least recruit about 5-7 members.
