I think that everyone should be allowed to trade with each other. Forgot have bc and only allowed to trade limiteds! We can just trade with people so they get what they want and you get what you want, simple!

Yeah, it's as simple as that. This is an incentive to buy BC. They view trading like selling items, which they don't want NBCs to have access to (yet).
