Need Help Shrinking Gun

Hey, so I made a really awesome gun model, but so far all the attempts at shrinking it to about a 12th of it's current size have resulted in really poor looking results. The object in question can be found here: http://www.roblox.com/games/14348363/Gun-Building If you're able to show me the proper way to reduce the size so it can be used like a normal tool, I would greatly appreciate that.
