[DOCKLANDS] Executive Security Service Weaponry Bill

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. This bill states that all Executive Security Service (ESS) members who hold the rank Officer and above shall be able to buy an M4A1 at any time, and be able to freely carry it with them. SECTION 2. This bill will be enforced by the Docklands Executive Branch. SECTION 3. This bill will go into effect immediately once signed. SECTION 4. All laws in conflict with this bill are hereby declared null and void. In regards to this, Executive Security Service is a privately owned security company that has moved into Docklands. With that, we provide security (No price) to government officials. Therefore we are in need of weaponry to use legally. Note, as the direction and immediate official within this department, abuse of tools shall not be tolerated. If abuse is implemented, it will be addressed adequately. Once gained the ability to purchase / obtain these weapons, we will work to provide excellent protection to our much prized Government Officials. In regards to this, Smithlands will be happily providing ESS with guns once either a) the guns are legalized, which it was illegal make ban them in the first place b) ESS is allowed to specially have our guns

@scewbs As the Director of ESS I have determined that the used of Smithlands weapons is now prohibited upon ESS operatives. The reason being, they are illegal and too much liability. We have plans on condoning our own weaponry at some point, we have a safe-house in development. Unfortunately, I am unsure of when we will be able to authorize the use of Smithlands weapons upon our operatives. Ah, yes, as the ESS needs weapons to protect it's fine government officials and other customers. As we are not a branch of Docklands, we gain no weapons, therefor, we shall have M4A1 rifles legalized until we have our safehouse added into Harford. Signed, CallMeCamero

@Camero As Lyoxic basically screwed up and went over her power, Smithlands guns will be legalized once again. I was given permission, from the founder of our state, to make my guns legal. At no point in time has any other shop, as far as I know, have had to ask for permission to operate.
