theres no effective workout for someone whose trying to push around 250-300 lb guys besides lifting weights

Snap drill, have a friend snap a ball, beforehand have him yell cadences. This will make you adapt to going when the ball moves, not what the QB says. Note: this will only work if your looking ahead, so you can adapt to using your peripheral vision to see the ball. Ive got some more, but ill post later
