Greetings Americans, At the moment, I am running again for NSA director after the last 2 terms. I had to recreate another speech since the other one wasn't clear enough. Please enjoy. Experience: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Former National Security Agency: Deputy Director Former Central Intelligence Agency: Deputy Director 2x runner up for NSA director (Zeyad's term & Sudden's) Current Federal Bureau of Investigations: Assistant Special Agent in Charge ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What will operations be like? Operations will either be decided by the Board of the National Security Agency or its Directors. Following operation plans, it may consist of sub-divisions getting involved. Either surveillance or data analysing which will be documented for the Director of National Intelligence to approve or disapprove. It will either be approved by the Director of National Intelligence or the President of the United States. What sub-divisions will be open? As well as “NSA-SWAT” which will have a name soon, the real division of NSA; PRISM will be open up too. Though its purpose will stay classified until a clearance is appointed, it will consist of rare agents who dedicate their time to collect criminal data and log them on a database. “Criminal” data which could be a variety of things, and which can be crucial to national security. This worked when I was the director and it can work again. How will the NSA employ people? Employment in the NSA will be one of the hardest agencies to get into, and only those which have passed the security check and knowledge/combat check will be granted access. It shall consist of interviews which will have different parts of stages to prevent instant acceptation into the NSA. Stage 1 will consist of the person’s NUSA career to check his security profile, Stage 2 will dwell of answers about the NSA and what its purpose does. Only a substantial amount of people shall pass and be given a “queue” into the NSA so it is possible we can check their security. Why does the NSA use combat still? Former President Zeyad passed an EO stating that the NSA can act as law enforcement and an intelligence agency at the same time. This will benefit possible operations while in cities such as Las Vegas. If you need more information, please contact me. What will the HICOM and administration be like? The HICOM in the National Security Agency will be carefully picked and aimed for capable, and determined people that are wanting to make the NSA better. Also, by picking experienced people as well as new people for an opportunity. The administration will be taught ways of discipline and how he/she can receive respect instead of asking for it. Agents will feel more comfortable with better surroundings of trained HICOM and this will lower the amount of bad internal affairs and resignations. HICOM will also help establish important operations and the communication between the administration and director will be an important key. How can you improve activity?
