DDPS Reform Request

Hello all, My name is brando588, I am a Docklands Department of Public Safety (DDPS) Instructor. There are a few things that I have noticed that need to be changed. Many other people may have noticed similar things and want change just like I do. Here are some of the things that I noticed: 1. The supervisors are mostly inactive. 2. We have no official way of stopping trainees from getting on the DDPS team. 3. We only have one deputy director when there should be two people in that position. 4. The administrators have committed abuse. 5. Half of DDPS has not been fully trained to the extent that they should be. 6. The DDPS Deputy Director has not fulfilled the job requirements in order to be ranked to Deputy Director. Upon bringing up these issues I would like to mention how that we do urgently need reforms of Instructor+. I would like to call on full reforms except the director and deputy director of DDPS. Thus being all below Deputy Director would be ranked to the DDPS EMS Rank and applications and speeches for supervisor to open. We need a better established DDPS Structure and I came back from retirement to fix it, so if there are going to be more tryouts and trainings we need to start somewhere. It is time to fix DDPS.
