a year or two younger or a year or to older is weird at all. I'm a junior and I like this sophomore in the marching band and we are best friends. My friend told me that its weird to date someone younger or older than you. I told him that the majority of relationships don't have the same age. Its usually a year to three year gap. What do you guys think? |

tons of people in my school are dating a year above or below, i know of one relationship that is a 2 year gap.

this is my friends rule (pretty lame): divide your age in half, and then add 7. then it's okay.
there's nothing wrong with a junior dating a sophomore, a senior dating a junior, a sophomore dating a freshman, etc. |

@BroBRo That rule just doesn't work statistically...
14 year olds would only be able to date 14 year olds, while it would be fair game for an 82 year old to date a 48 year old

should you really be dating before you're 14 anyway? also dating becomes much more lenient when you're older

realistically an 82 year old isn't going to be dating a 48 year old. besides, when you're an adult age is irrelevant TBH |
