As always, more clans are subject to be added to this list, which means there will never truly be a "final list" of clans that will participate in this war, but here are the clans that we expect to be part of the Emergence War.
This war's duration will provide the months of entertainment that the clan community has longed for.
The Locust Horde will be fortified at the Bastion of Departure III for this war, if you cannot accept that then your groups raids and members will not count towards an official raid.
Only the clans that wish for the Emergence War to count are allowed to actually play part in doing damage, if you are not willing to risk defeat then you do not deserve the feeling of a triumphant victory.
Each clan on this list has the right of their own "personal war terms" that each clan may request to me personally, but it must not interfere with the other clans.
