That used to be a rule until about 2013. Under-13 accounts would, by default, not be able to type any text on the website except for in the search bars. This meant no commenting, making place titles, and foruming. The only things they could say in-game were safechat premade phrases. In 2013, this was replaced with what we all know today: hashtag censoring. If Apple made a car, would it have Windows? | Add 15,422 to my post count
