Want to be a referee? This process should be simple and easy enough.
All you must do is be trained to be a referee by me. Once this is done you will be assigned to games on certain days. If you cannot attend a game, you must get another referee to take your place. If you fail to do so you will be fired. If no one is available the issue must be brought to me.
