Is this a normal email to receive? It seems kind of suspicious. I don't see any reason I would have gotten it either. ## Automated Security Message - Account Investigation ## Do Not Reply ## Hello cupcakescankill We have received a request from our admin and moderation team to investigate a claim that the ROBLOX account associated with this email address has been compromised or sold by the original owner, which breaches our Terms of Service. Lol, probably a phishing email. No one on roblox has the name no-reply and it's a pretty stupid email name. What if it needed a message for reply? Yeah. Phishing. Forget it.

Now this is suspicious. Clicking the link tries to send me to roblcx.com Which is surprising because the link begins as https://roblox.com

Good thing you noticed that, it essentially proves that it's a phishing email. Be more careful when checking who the email was sent from, because there is no way that actually came from [email protected].

Regarding the "no-reply", that is a email most companies use in order to send messages without having to get a reply, such as changing your key word, etc. Now, the email itself is shady, and is NOT from ROBLOX, since they do not use it to independently contact someone. And also - ROBLOX will NEVER ask you to change your keyword, as its your personal information. There are websites capable of sending fake emails, and make it look like it came from someone you know. These are known as "spoofers"
