No, there is no point in disagreeing with this.
No, it hasn't been suggested enough times.
It should just be done. This has been an issue since 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and surprisingly even now its still a problem. Why has this not been remedied for so long? It's not a complex issue; probably wouldn't take a week to implement, and yet its been a problem for six years and counting.
Roblox, allow your players to manage what order their gear is displayed in-game and what gear goes in the backpack. Have this customizable in the avatar/inventory page.
No one should ever have to throw away their happy Roblox 2010 Birthday Cake over this, because if it always came down to either convenience or the memories you should always be allowed to keep both and not choose:

I'd expect an actual forumer to actually read the title and notice it says pre-game. "Pre-game" if you fail to understand what that means implies this is done before entering the game.
Your suggestion that it can be done in game boggles my mind so much as to why you even presume this is an acceptable enough solution to play in. Let me tell you that every time you die in game the order resets meaning you are constantly wasting unnecessary time over this.
I suggest customization before game, so the order never resets and you are not countlessly wasting time like you are for me at this very moment. I hope this has been tremendously enlightening for someone of your caliber and that you do everyone a favor and support. |

Anyone with membership is going to have 10+ gear, that means anyone who is putting actual money into Roblox is stuck with this problem. Even free players have this issue to an extent such as I. We want our most valuable gear by our WASD keys, because backpack management after every death is a hassle.

"If 90% of all games don't even allow gear then why should we have gear in the first place," is that your argument? Because if it is, its terrible and no one would agree to a suggestion like that. People who purchase gear do so to use those gear and that should be common sense to you.
If we're spending a lot of robux on gear then why are we spending more time organizing that gear in our backpacks rather than actually using them? This is an issue and it needs to be fixed. |

it is very annoying having to rearrange my gear every time I die when I'm playing a fighting game that involves your own gear
so yes, this would benefit me, and other people with more than 1 page of gear

99% of games don't allow you to use your own gear
if you really spent 500 robux on a gear to use it in a game, then you need to go and rethink your life
gears on ROBLOX are for your profile character, not to use them in-game
