Hello, congratulations on becoming a Trainee at the Vella Resort and Spa! Here is the basic overview and instructions for you job. You will be required to buy the Vella uniform in the group store.
As a trainee you are to follow the given instructions below and learn from higher ranks your purpose in the Vella. Supervisors will soon be always watching you, and will promote you when you are ready.
Notice: You may only work in the reception office as a trainee. You are not allowed to take on any other jobs such as bar tender or house keeper. If you do, you will be fired with no rehiring for another month. You must always use grammar and be very nice to hotel guest accommodating them as well as you can. To get into the reception office, go through either one of the backdoors, then follow the path behind the bar to get into the office. DO NOT click any rooms at the time since they are not able to be unbooked until the player leaves. If there are already 4 receptionist at the front desk, you may be there for hotel guest and walk around the pool area, DO NOT take another receptionist spot when they are getting a hotel guest a room.
TRAINEE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Wait for a player to come to you, then have a copy and paste phrase saying something like this: "Hello, welcome to the Vella Resort and Spa! How may I accommodate you today?" You can always change it up a little.
-When the player says, I would like a room, you say something like: "Sure! I will get you the best room I can." ONLY GIVE OUT 1 BEDROOMS RIGHT NOW!!! NO PREMIER, OR PREMIUM ROOMS SHOULD BE GIVEN OUT OR THE TRAINEE WILL BE FIRED! If there are 2 or more people travelling, give them a 2 bedroom!
-Tell the hotel guest to wait a moment, then go to the back to the 1 BEDROOM BOOKING SYSTEM ONLY! and click a room. THE EVEN NUMBER ROOMS ARE OCEAN FRONT(Example: 304,306,308), so try to give them an ocean front room, BUT ONLY FOR 1 BEDROOMS! You will receive the room number card.
-Go back to your hotel guest, before handing the card, tell them what they are getting. Ex. "I have a great ocean front room on the 3rd floor for you." Then hand them the card through the handto gui on the right of your screen.
-If they have not left, you may tell them the hotel features, "The beach and pool is out the backdoors, with the bar in the center, and the spa on the right side." You may change it up of course.
-Then say, "Enjoy your stay".
If all the 1 bedrooms rooms are booked, tell the customers we are sold out, but that should never happen unless a staff has tampered with the system.
Always report bad staff in the group wall!

NOTE: The way a room becomes unbooked is if the hotel guest who has the room card resets or leaves the game, the room and is clickable and white. |

I would like to work at Vella Resort to become anything that has to do with working at the Spa. I am patient and gentle. I can handle trollers and keep everyone calm in the event that one comes.
