I say we stop marketing Roblox as a kids game. Roblox is now 10 years old. That means the the demographic that first joined Roblox (8-18) will be entering 18+. I think Roblox should mature as a game as its community is maturing into young adulthood. This would mean removing or adjusting the word filter, and allowing more mature themes to put into games (Blood and Gore, Drug References, Strong Language, etc) for the sake of artistic freedom for Developers and Content Creators for Clothes, Audio, etc. Any item/game with mature themes could be accessed exclusively by players who pass an age check. Let us create and express our ideas without a roof over our imaginations, and i think Roblox wont be more than just a "Kid's Game" but an Art Platform for all ages. |

No. Roblox has always been a kid's game. Just because some parts of the Roblox community are 18+ now, it doesn't mean that Roblox has to allow mature themes.
People of any age can get anywhere on the internet. |

This is much a Kid's Game as Ren & Stimpy was a Cartoon for Children
There are plenty of games with violence in them along with active groups supporting serious real world topics like civil rights and gang violence. Theres no point in marketing roblox as a kids game because its not. |

I like your idea to an extent. An even better idea would be to extend the age filter. Instead of just 13+, add age group games in a way that it keeps people of specific age groups from entering games that they are not yet mature enough to enter. |

I agree actually, I would definatly like to make a gta type game, but the limitations on this are just too much. However, I think this is an impossible job as everyone lies about their age anyway. |

I know but its considered against the Rules of Conduct.
"Do not create or upload images, videos, audio files or other content, discuss topics or use language that a reasonable person would consider to be of a mature nature and not appropriate for ROBLOX audiences – Including Drugs, alcohol and tobacco"
If someone were to actually report those games, they'd be removed. Im saying we should remove that line from the Rules and have these games "de-criminalized" for lack of a better word. |

Im not saying keep the kids out, Im saying keep the older member from feeling old on this website. People are barely reaching 17 and already think theyre too old for this game because the younger community makes them feel like that when in reality roblox could easily pass as an unrated online game for all ages. With really good games such as Phantom Forces and Apocalypse Rising, that doesnt require a whole lot of computer performance, Older teens should enjoy this website as if they were enjoying any other game on their consoles or on steam.
