How to Rate Trainings,
You rate events out of 10 Marks/Points:
1 Mark - Formal Language
1 Mark - Discipline
1 Mark - Controlling/Management
1 Mark - Leadership
1 Mark - Enthusiasm
1 Mark - Flexibility
1 Mark - Use of Grammar
1 Mark - Administration Command Efficiency
1 Mark - Response Timing
1 Mark - Politeness/Positivity

Pass Marks
Pass Mark = 6/10
Merit Mark = 7/10
Distinction Mark = 9/10

Evaluations are mostly used for Captains that are in the process of becoming a Herald or Higher, sometimes they are used for rating in general, Luminary's who are observing how Captains Host must seek permission from a Parliament Member to get the Captain Promoted via the Trainer, He also has authorization to give Perma-Admin in Training Tunnels.
