you can turn off comments for places, models, decals, etc. basically only things that you make
you cant turn them off on catalog items or other people's places |

I never said that either, for some people who arent aware the links are scams, etc. chances are they're gonna check it out |

this isn't about whether the account being recovered or not
there's still people self-advertising, spamming, and scamming (aside from offsite links) which are irrelevant to the item, etc.
