I love how somehow the fact that I have OBC has just somehow changed this whole thread from being about OP, to being about me. I actually took a shower an hour and a half ago. And having OBC has nothing to do with it.

i mean like shower at least once a day man , i get not using shampoo or bodywash sometimes bc my skin will get super dry or my hair will get super dry, so i only wash my body every 3 showers (and the showers that i dont wash my body, i scrub myself right clean) but i wash my hair every other shower (esp after a workout) so it doesnt dry out

my brother washed his hair like everyday on school years and he had a lot of hair fall out i shower like every 5 days like I said, and I'm completely fine it's not like I get sick because I'm unhygienic i think im at an ok point
