So i've been thinking now, and i've had an idea for a game. Since i am a rather avid player of minibuild games, and was a major fan of Worsens Territory Conquest, I was thinking of doing something just like that...except with more events and more scripting. Like an interactive 3D version of both territory conquest and Civilization 5. I want something where you lay down all the ground work and the citizens follow suit with roles and all that. But at the same time, I want to have randomized npcs that form their own countries and borders and what not and interact with you politically. I was also thinking that all the buildings should be nameable and you have to construct them yourself before the mini npcs go into them. No preset options however, you are free to name it and give it whatever purpose you desire for it to have. I'm not sure if a game like this exists already or not and I have no idea how to do it as well. If anyone knows if an idea like this is feasible or would like to volunteer for such a project, could they maybe let me know? People proficient in coding and scripting would be favourable.

Please have patience with me as well, as this will be a learning experience for me, reason being I have never created a game before. I just want to make something big for people to enjoy. Not for profit on my own behalf or anything like that, but more along the lines of just being able to create a game that people can really take a liking to and derive some kind of pleasure from playing.
