Several people own a group

So, several people can be all the other ranks, why not allow maybe 3 people to be the owner rank? I don't know, maybe this is a good idea.

Groups need a massive update. I don't think this would be a good idea on it's own, but possibly combined with other features in a big "group update". Also, I don't understand why you would want multiple owners. The owner can't really do anything special.
