I knew that [email protected] can be unreliable at times. But I just didn't know they where this unreliable! My username got changed my someone, that was all. So I email them asking if they can change it back, and they send me, "What to do if your account is compromised".
Roblox, I know you get alot of emails, but can you take time to think about what is being said? My account was not compromised, the username was changed. |

Ehm.
Someone can only change your username if they have access to your account.
If someone that wasn't you changed your username, your account was compromised. |

I can only imagine it was a friend who used my computer..or an annoying brother who just LOVES to get on your nerves. |

Because it's your fault. They also don't know if you're lying or not. Every possible scenario that could of happened would be your fault. Roblox isn't going to give you something for free that cost 1000R$ because of your mistake.

Could say the same thing about the large amount of people lacking the common sense to log out of their account on devices they use to play games or to go on social media. If YOU leave it logged in and someone were to steal or use the device then you've just basically given them a "do what you want to me I can't stop you" card that they can and will play 9 out of 10 times. Don't blame it on us for pointing that out. Blame yourself for not having that common sense. And the way you want to take what is said is completely up to you. Some people have been rude when replying, yes. Not all have been, though. So, before you go getting all hot headed at people use the one thing that everyone SHOULD have, your brain. |

This took a turn into something I didn't want it to go. If you didn't read the original post, then you'd know that I asked to get my username reverted because I didn't change it. The email I received from them said, "If it wasn't you that changed your username, please contact us to change it back". So technically, It was my fault, but it wasn't me who changed it, so they can change it back. |

If your account was compromised because you left it logged in somewhere that is your fault. I don't think roblox is going to change your name back. If they do I'll be shocked.
