i used to have problems because of my weight training, and always getting stronger means adjusting your shot. presumably big men have problems with being too strong as well, which makes free throws hard. the fix was quick and easy: i used a flick of the wrist with a tiny shoulder movement forward while holding the ball over my head. to arm movement. became a very good free throws shooter after that

they are also freakishly tall which makes it harder to repeat the same form every single time. me being over a foot shorter with a compact release means i can shoot free throws with more consistent form.

You aren't 7 feet, your hands aren't freakishly huge, and you don't have 18,000 people watching you

which is my point. my version of free throw shooting involves almost no form or technique. theres very little movement making it easy to master

you compared your free throws to one of a big man. when it's a completely different reason why a lot of them struggle.

unless you're Shaq then you hit every three and free throw and hold the record for most half court shots made
