i've dealt with both oo and fear before and have seen a respectable community, fair base, and clear communication from one side (oo).
then there's fear with that shtty base and the internal problems that plague them.

Hey there I'm actually in the secret RF lag setch division, and YES we do lagnswitch.
the only way to get in RF is to have a 1,000$ booter and a lag switch. you must also have a level 7 exploit to get past drone.

Hey HMAX, I wouldn't know, but I only knew two lag switchers who frequently lag switched at A2. Normally just to counter those who do. Also thanks for giving FEAR a chance.
