The group I am currently in war with wishes to halt the war, and does not call it a surrender, and I do not agree.
Is this even allowed? It seems quite stupid for one side to be able to be able to halt it for whatever reason and not just surrender.
Again, I do not want to pause/halt the war. |

yeah they should be able to, unlike real wars the cooperation of both sides is needed for a war to progress |

If it is affecting the overall progress of the war then it could be put on hold while BOTH factions address the issue, if it is only affecting one side then you should press on regardless of the issue.
Realistically, it is pure circumstance, but if the reason is for the benefit of one clan in the war specifically then there should not be a halt. |

Some of their members have been leaving, causing inactivity in their clan, but that is only very recently.
He has been wanting to halt is for a while... |

If he's refusing to defend and trying to pull out take it as a surrender and move on
