Docklands Special Forces "initiates" are those new to the department (recruits). This guide is to assist the progress of our new recruits to the department.
Docklands Special Forces prohibits access to the team in our cities to our recruits. This is to adequately make sure our operatives are trained and qualified for operations they may be tasked with.
The main obligations of a recruit is to report to training(s) to advance in departmental skills. These training(s) are derived off Leadership, Teamwork, shooting, and some other minor features.
We encourage our recruits to promote self-discipline (administering their own mistakes). We want our operatives to give their best, as that is ALL we can ask for! If you do that, we will admire your ego and provide the extra assistance you may need to acquire.
REMINDER: Docklands Special Forces initiates / Recruits are prohibited from going onto the team in city. Now, a Deputy Commissioner+ may authorize one recruit to be under his immediate supervision in the city. This shall count as a field training/exercise.
