Number 6 already kind of happens, retexturing is a big part of ROBLOX and they usually get either 1k or the hat themselves as if it goes off sale, limited, is expensive ect

I'm guessing you will be confused with "Retexturing" as it isn't a real word but it's a ROBLOX slang. Retexturing is where you change the texture of a hat to make it look different The finished product is a Retexture which many amazing unpublished (hats that haven't been added to the catalog) lay inside the library. Retexturers are people who create these retextures
