How 'bout ROBLOX watch what gets advertized by outside companies?

sorry for above grammar, and coming grammar but i know they give you a perma ban for Cheat Engine 5.5, so why do I keep seeing C.E. 5.5 ad's?, shouldnt they watch this somewhat to keep more people from using it?(no, im not being a mod wannabe, im just saying this cause i see so many people use it in tycoons and other games to gete speed,loopkill,or get a ton of money)
