Hello everyone, once again. As of today, I see the lack of paricaption on all of our units, divisions, etc... It's sad to see once an executive staff is placed they don't do their jobs. They are in it for the rank, this is not how we should run. Every branch should have a minimal of at least 3 divisions ACTIVE and running. Which I do not see, at all. It's frustrating to see a minimal staff actually doing their jobs, the others are just there in the ranks not doing anything. I'm tired of it, and I will probably fire every last division commander in this military. Even the service chiefs of the branch. Because clearly no one knows what the hell do to. So get your activity up or I will fire you, I am watching every single one of you. I don't care if you are friends with stickytowel, you get fired, you're fired. If you want the issue resolved you need to fire the heads of the branches, because they are the ones that keep those people on-board.

Right now people are stuck in school doing homework and studying for exams; activity will pick up when summer comes around as people will have more time.

Yes, 44 is correct. However the ones that are active do nothing but goof off. You have time to sit at the FOB and fudge around. But you don't have time to set up patrols (WHICH IS AN EXECUTIVE ACT). I'm not seeing the validity of that.

Pexton, your idiotic statements are just bluntly ignorant. If you're going to fire a whole bunch of people you might want to find replacements. Plus, that doesn't solve anything really. What we are left with is possibly inexperienced commanding officers who cannot function. I have seen this whole group go down the tube. Pexton, before you fire anyone first look at the factors. One, they are going through the end of the year for school and they need to study and all for final exams. Second, they need to focus on school as real life is more important then ROBLOX.

Thing is when someone gets hired for a certain JOB CO no one is in that division to accept them except the COM and he doesn't like to be botherd a lot so leaves you pending for ever gg

I do agree that certain individuals that are commanding officers need to be relieved of there command. There is always a better way to do this though, and better logic to it as well. Inside many subgroups of the main joint group there is many positions which are not ranked right and old commanders are still in position. Due to the commander neglecting time and energy for other things and not sorting this mess out, you are all left with this outcome. Stop complaining about idiotic things and start doing what you say you are going to do. If you all don't get yourselves together this group will sure fail in the next couple of weeks as it has already started to plummet.
