I know how it feels!! I was RPing with my best friend and (His char was female mine was male) we were on the ground on one of the first order ships and some dude runs in and starts yelling things like "WE NEED TO GET YOU OUT OF HERE!!" but in the end he just stood there... then he went AFK and we ran. Another one is when someone named them self "Name: (Whatever it was) Weakness: non except silver bullets that dont exist" YET in republic Commando Boss clearly stated in the second mission "Oh the lizards are using projectiles?" or something similar!! It really made me want to stop playing and I have... but I will go back! |

I agree with this rant, everything here is legit, those that are not following these rules are basically just cancer in every way possible, including those who rp as Obi-Wan and Anakin and just every canon character in the SW franchise, INCLUDING JAR JAR... Believe me... I have seen JAR JARS in this game... HELL... These fail rpers are a threat to both the light and dark and must be eliminated at all costs. |

At least someone is trying to lower FRP in this game. I love star wars as much as the next guy does, but this game's corrupt community is one that must be fixed. Because of the FRP I was forced to stop RPing here. For the sake of my knowledge and sanity. If only noobs would actually know about the communities that reside in roblox rather than randomly coming in. That is the main source of FRP. People randomly joining with no knowledge of what is going on. They just read the title and get ultra hyped to stab someone with a lightsaber a quintillion times. Even though is is a Roleplaying game, not a action game.
I thank Darth for his efforts. This post has removed my block on this game.
May the force be with the remmants of the SWA community who are not the sources of corruption.

Since posting in this thread I have received exactly three friend requests from people who apparently play SW:A. My message to you: I am not interested in random FRs. If ever you encounter me in the game and I have a good time with you, I will consider a FR. Otherwise, it will be ignored. |

In-frickin' game. If it weren't for Roblox's stupid update, I'd be perfectly fine. But now I'm getting FRs from kiddies who already have 200 friends. Really irksome IMO. |

I can't even agree much. The FRpers are too much for me. I try to be nice and tell them I don't want to fight, but they say '' no ##### fight''. Even when I go away, he catches up to me and starts hitting me with his blue glowing toy (because it can't be considered a lightsaber). Also, the names. Half of the time, the names look like this:
john skywalker(jedi master,good,hot,cool,kind,found a lightsaber)
I hate those who put personality traits in their names. I personally prefer putting general info. I always use the same character (his last name is just because of his clan, nothing to do with Boba or Jango)
Droba Fett[M] [Mandalorian Bounty Hunter/Assassin][Fett Clan][Professional][Takes the best paying job]
And he wears Mandalorian armor, with a brown cloak and hood over, sometimes putting his helmet on for protection.
I also hate most people's combat tactics. They usually just slam their saber at you and either say -kills-, or either says nothing at all. When I shoot him, he says -dodges- 99.99% of the time. Though, when I fight with a devent RPer, I can finally use Droba's arsenal: Grenades, flashbangs, knives, etc.
I even gave him special pistols with retractable blades underneath. I gave him signature moves and all, to make him a fully developped character. Most people just make a character on the spot for the duration of their playing session.

Well, to me the good role-players have basically abandoned the game. The only players left are the ones that either don't know how to role-play or don't realize that it's actually a role-playing game. If an update ever happens, I'm sure that will bring back the good role-players. I haven't played the game in months because I have never been able to find good role-players on it like back in December. |
