John gets shocked. "AH!" John realizes it's the man he saw earlier. Uh... Sir... Who are you? Where are you from? Or at least what is your name? John hopes caine will tell john his real name. |

"Just ask ofr Mr. Summers at the police department, or ask for Death at the EDHC. You are?" |

Johns eyes grow. "I HAVE TO GO!" John runs to a dark ally as fast as possible to write traces name down. He runs behind a dumpster and pulls out his notebook then writes "Trace" in it. He begins giggling crazily. |

"Uh... Okay..." John runs to the police department, realizing the man must be up to something as it can't be coincidence that they met 2 times in 1 day. |

Trace stares as John runs. He scoffs, shrugs, and walks on. |

"Now to hope that he dosent find the tracer in his pocket" He mutters, as John runs off. |

John gets to the police department, "HELLO? CAN I SPEAK TO OFFICER SUMMERS?" "Speaking" says the officer. "Ah... Uh... Can you tell me who this man is?" John shows officer summers a picture of caine. "Why do you want to know?" John trys thinking of an excuse. "Uh... I think I know him from somewhere... And I wanted to be sure! He told me to speak to you!" Officer summers wonder why the boy is acting so wierdly, so he comes up with a fake name to make him run off. "Hm... Josh Axell" "Thanks!" John runs off as fast as possible, trying not to run into anything while laughing insanly, he attracts lots of attention. |

Caine walks into his office as John is running out. "Whats he up to? He's not a vampyre, is he?"
"No, just some whacko" His secretary said. |

John runs into his room, locks the door, closes his window and the blinds, then pulls out his notebook and writes "Josh Axell" in it as fast as be possibly can while laughing. |

"Mr. Summers, we have another heart attack for you. Somone named Josh Axell, 17 year olf boy, average grades, and member of the basketball team."
His secretary said bordly.
"The perfect person to be drained!" He proudly said, and went off with his case file. |

John walks outside then sees caine, he yells; "HES ALIVE" out loud and looks around to see if anyone heard. Then his eyes shrink and he kneels down on the ground in terror. |

Caines partner, Detective Uhara, immidiatly goes to john and asks if he's OK.
While Caine, readies his silver cross. |

Kurai sat down on her bed. She slowly opened up her Death Note and scanned the few names she has written. "I don't know if I can do this.." she whispered to herself, "I haven't even seen any shinigamis yet, either..." She closed her notebook and put it under her laptop inside her white desk. She turned around to see a shinigami. "Today is my lucky day," she smirked. The shinigami looked at her and croaked, "My name is Ryuk." Kurai put her hands behind her back. "Hmm.. my research says that you were a shinigami that visited here long ago. For Kira, am I correct?" She giggled. |
