FruitsZ had no reason to declare war with Russia initially because at that point in time, they did not establish the USSR or overthrow their own government. He did not "predict" that Russia would do this, it was a mere coincidence.

Their high command wanting war isn't a reason to declare war on a nation. There needs to be a legitimate threat. They were killing American citizens in Moscow because there were CIA operatives in their country that shouldn't have been and there were many Americans that went there and attacked citizens in Moscow, and in turn they retalitated.

LOL. Has Russia legitimately attacked NUSA yet? If not, you should focus on the problems HERE AT HOME in NUSA and fixing them instead of being happy to go be the hero of others when you have your own domestic problems to fix. If so, then yeah, go to war with them. Or, if you feel that the threat of Russia to NUSA is legitimate and a growing concern then perhaps the possibility of a preemptive strike may come into play.
