They're both pretty bad, but I'd go with Miley. Selena's voice is extremly messed up with all sorts of computers. |

Except for SOME artists (there are still a LOT that do this) that aren't run by a TV network, every pop/rap artist you see on TV has a songwriter write the songs for them, they just read a script and let the "white@$$ nerds," as the racist rappers call them, do the real work. Basically it's like acting but since you're not on camera it's easier. |
