KICKER IN THE 2ND ROUND
IF ANY KICKER IS GOING TO BE PICKED THAT HIGH, IT SHOULD BE HIM |
new importance of special teams.
loads of talents.
I could see a lot of clutch field goals. |
exactly
i see a bunch of people like
"OMG LOL A KICKER IN 2ND ROUND LOL THATS WHY BUCS R TRASH"
no he's an amazing kicker |
doesn't matter how good he is. 2nd round is way too early.
who the hell picks a kicker on day 2? that's kinda sad... |
picking him in round 2 was not necessary lol |
they could've easily snagged him in round 4 or 5
waste of a pick |

You know I actually had a feeling a kicker would go high, I didn't think the Bucs had the balls to do it.
Oh well, at least he's reunited with Winston in Florida. |
They could have gotten a kicker easily as good undrafted.. |
Well if Tampa Bay got an elite defense he can win games for them on kicks alone. The dude is a savage.
GOOD LUCK AGUAYO, WOOT 2ND ROUNDER |

"They could have gotten a kicker easily as good undrafted.."
No they couldn't have lol
Aguayo is automatic from 55 and anything under
He doesn't miss. Better than the majority of current NFL kickers |
"Automatic"
There is no kicker in the NFL who is automatic
And while it is nice to have a kicker who can kick 55 yards it's not always needed. |

An accurate kicker is definitely needed. Don't know what you're talking about
And pretty sure that Dan Bailey, Steven Gostkowski, and Adam Vinatieri are automatic |
Justin Tucker ain't too shabby either. |

"They could have gotten a kicker easily as good undrafted.."
What? No other kicker in the draft is even close to being as good as Aguayo. |

Aguyo would have gotten picked most likely at the very start of round 3.
The Bucs lost 2 games due to poor kicking and haven't had consistent kicking all year.
Glad they got a good kicker who is mostly automatic. |
Lol automatic? Maybe from the 35-40 range otherwise this guy is average at best
80.8% field goals made last season i believe |
He made 96.7% of FGs and PATs in his career
He never missed a FG inside the 40
He was not even the highest drafted kicker either though he is in the top 4. |

Pretty obvious that you've never watched Aguayo play a game |
Aguayo is also a mediocre 14/22 on any kick over 40 yards in the past two years.
"if i find out that razor teeth has been making fun of me, i'll turn him into cat food and lots of it"

3rd most accurate kicker in NCAA history
Plus we've all seen what he's capable of by his Freshman and Sophomore seasons. With NFL coaching he should get back to that level of skill.
Plus, the inside-the-40 range is more important than people think with the new PAT rules. Don't be so quick to write that stat off like "oh yeah anyone can do that, what about his longer range" |

That's because FSU regularly tested his range with long field goal tries because they knew he had the leg for it
Everyone agrees that Aguayo is a fantastic kicker and that he would have been gone by the 3rd round
You guys have never even seen him play |
