According to people like you, any popular classic rock band is "terrible dadrock." Sure, Pink Floyd is given more credit than due, but they aren't overtly terrible. They're just overplayed.

Like I said, I'm not a Pink Floyd fan. Personally, I believe Eric Clapton was far more talented then they were, but I just find them overplayed. Not horrible. They're like a 6/10 in my book. Then again, I only listen to a few classic rock bands as is.

Well, my perspective is different on classic rock. My local stations play the exact same songs by the exact same bands every single day. They usually are played at the same time, too. It's quite weird, to be honest. All you hear is Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special, Allman Brothers Band, Boston, Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Eddie Money, Styx, Def Leppard and a ton of Tom Petty. The classic rock bands I typically listen to are: Alice Cooper, Rush, Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Deep Purple, Judas Priest (I know they're metal, but they're classic in my opinion) and rarely Deep Purple. I don't typically float around AC/DC, but I listen to them rarely. They're overrated, in my opinion.
