My place is redirecting me to another place?

For some reason, my place (https://www.roblox.com/games/45741024/Home-sweet-home) is now redirecting me to this place: https://www.roblox.com/games/226908244/Name-The-Character-V4-NEW I asked my friend to try rejoin the place to see if it happened, and it did. This wasn't happening an hour ago. Can someone possibly explain this?

It's a really random glitch, I haven't seen it happen since 2012 or so but I guess it's still happening :P
