1 dollar isn't worth anything
and that video is staged. |

Ah, OP is one of those people who believes everyone has to be like them because they believe they know more than everyone else.
Sure, donating to charity is good, but the way OP is talking to everyone is actually wanting me to be less likely to donate to charity and instead either use my money for college or donate it to my online content creators. |

Lmao ok whatever homie you can spend your money however you want. If I had 10k dollars I would definitely put at least 500 of it into rbolox and I'm sure you would do the same. Quit trying to seem like you're such a great person and do whatever you could to help people when in reality all you really care about is roblox and anything else you can buy for yourself. I guarantee that you would buy that new call of duty thats coming out in november.
Complainin' about it but standin' in it. Get outta here. |

"my god 6 pages"
Ikr.. these mad babies keep spamming here and I'm laughing my ass off.
The video wasn't staged btw. The only part they did was
1. they told the parents to tell their kids to go get ice cream
2. they PUT a homeless kid right next to the icecream truckl
3. The kids had no idea until the end when their parents gave them a huge hug. Heres PRETTY MUCH how the video went
"Announcer: We tried to test to see if kids would either do the right thing or buy icecream, here it is"
Parent: Heres a dollar sweetie, go get some icecream from that truck
Kid: Goes there
Kid: Sees a homeless person right next to it
Kid: Gives dollar to homeless person
Kid Rushes back to parents
Parents: I'm so proud of you, you did the right thing
there were multiple clips of this
We need more kids like this instead of kids who would waste money on toys

I have a question
How disadvantaged/disabled would that kid have to be before you would be ok with them keeping the money |

Wtf? Disadvantaged? I just mean look at him he's a computer expert at a young age and he gets money like this and just wastes it! He should donate some.
I think that if he wasn't a computer expert and he actually lives a hard life like most people do, he can keep all the money for himself. But he's living life to the fullest, he really should have thought about donating and not saying "it doesn't matter"

16K post count.... It's not staged if the main part of the video doesn't know it. The parents were explained and they did want to participate to see if their children would do the right thing. Some of the clips showed the kids buying the ice cream and their parents didn't feel so pleased...

"16K post count...."
what does my post count have to do with this
"It's not staged if the main part of the video doesn't know it. The parents were explained and they did want to participate to see if their children would do the right thing. Some of the clips showed the kids buying the ice cream and their parents didn't feel so pleased..."
but then it isnt natural
if they set it all up to conveniently put an ice cream truck or whatever it is near the homeless guy then it isnt natural
its conveniently staged

I never said that he was disadvantaged, I'm just wondering where you place the distinction between someone who needs the money and someone who does not.
And by purchasing goods, he is making a donation to the economy. Spent money is not a waste, hoarded money is.
But what I'm trying to figure out is why you figure that everyone should donate to people more disadvantaged than them. Virtually everyone is disadvantaged to some degree. There will always be someone worse off than anyone else. |

@toy I see where youre getting at, but they just wanted to test to see if their child would do the right thing or not. Things like this do have a tiny chance of happening without script, but it's good to know what would happen if they did. Like for example, imagine if that 10 year old kid did it when he was younger! (no doubt he would buy the ice cream and laugh at the poor homeless mans face)

@kei Donation to the economy wouldn't be as much as impacting the lives of people who need money way more than he does. That's really an excuse for people who use all their life savings who go shopping. I think that there is someone worse off than anyone else, but there are spots at every human, so it's not all random and stuff, so if they are at the point they live a hard live, they should keep the money, but if they can afford lots of computers easily and their basic needs with no worry, why not donate? Like this 10 year old?
