Hello everyone. Many Alaska State Troopers have been complaining of the Certified Troopers Act. This has been ruining activity in AST and is irrelevant. We train our troopers everything in the State Troopers Educations Standards Bill and troopers are not promoted if they fail. Anyone who is above cadet and is inactive and hasn't been educated on the new requirements will be reformed following the Reform Act. The Certified Troopers Act states:
This Executive Order shall establish a system for certification of the members of various agencies within the State of Alaska.
Section I: Alaska State Troopers
An Alaska State Trooper must be certified in order to serve on the team of Alaska State Troopers or AST. There shall be two ranks of certification:
1) Certified Teacher- a Certified Teacher shall be a certified member of AST responsible for hosting certification training in which they certify members of AST and to recommend other Certified Teachers to the President. Upon the release of this Executive Order, 11Drake100, Gameshark813, ReleaseMontez and JamesAidenMiller are to be the first Certified Teachers.
2) Certified Trooper- a Certified Trooper is a member of AST who has been Certified by a Certified Teacher.
Certified Troopers are to be certified at an official certification training. The training procedure may be modified, but must contain the following:
•Trainees shall be taught and shall understand all rights of the accused. Such a trainee shall be taught to arrest only after reading one's Miranda Rights and for a legitimate cause.
•Trainees shall be tested for maturity as well as solid grammatical knowledge and fluency within the English Language. A trainee must be taught to keep a level head and to maintain composure.
•Trainees shall be taught appropriate times to use their tools, and how to use them without abuse.
•Trainees must prove knowledge and understanding of all AST codes.
•Trainees must understand what guns are and are not illegal.
In order to ensure that only the certified can serve on the AST team, there shall be an AST Certification group. The ability to join AST shall then require membership in both AST and the AST Certification Group after 5 days of the release of this Executive Order
If you think the Certified Troopers Act is irrelevant and causes inactivity sign this petition so this Act can be vetoed once and for all and the Alaska Certified Troopers group to be shutdown.

any certufacation group is pointless it's taking un needed group space if this passes i can join ALASKA COAST GUARD i will be devoting assinscreed1225's group space to only alaska state troopers and SA state of alaska groups including possibly FD i will be speaking to devs about letting me have m rank back in FD and possibly keeping my rank in alaska state troopers
