Reforms are currently in full swing, however, we will not allow them to affect our external affairs or our internal activity.
What will change:
- Rank names, the new rank names will serve a proper purpose with more responsibility as you climb up. oCe will still be a requirement to get to the rank above, however, you may choose whether you wish to advance or remain at the rank you're at. If you have the correct amount of oCe you can ask for a promotion at any given time, just know you must be in the rank for at least 5 days to a week before progressing, this will prevent rank skip.
Ardency involvement:
- The rank of 'Senator' will be removed from the main group and placed into the Ardency group where the new Senate system will be based.
Senate Initiative:
The new senate will be made up of anyone from the rank of Auxiliary and above, this will mean that the decisions made by the Senate will be more in the interest of the soldiers and the people.
If you are granted the title of Senator, you will have picked which House you wish to support. Each house will have a speaker who will lead their house and it's ideologies.
The Senate will have an overall speaker who will hold Senate debates & meetings on important matters.
ANYONE will be able to present something to the Senate, this idea will become clearer in the future.
