As of today, the combined forces of Edeltia and Ploria has declared a state of war against the forces of Orion. Orion Offensive have repeatedly trash talked and attempted to put down both TCD and TNI, such actions will not be tolerated.
I, personally, hope to enjoy a clean, fun, and fair war. Hopefully OO will not deprive our two clans of such.
The following terms are negotiable and are subject to change.
-Terms:
1. No base changes unless the opposing leader/HiCOM gives approval.
2. Any exploited servers will be considered void.
3. First team to 30 raid wins recieves the title of victor.
4. There is NO time limit on this conflict, it is simply until one side surrenders or achieves the necessary raid wins.
5. Don't be a jerk, however mild flame is permitted.
6. Screenshots of raid win CAN NOT be cropped or formatted in any form. Must show the full screen, including leaderboard and chat.
7. Both sides must allow the opposing raid leader to view logs upon request.
8. Defensive victories do NOT count towards the total score.
9. Any divisional weapons MUST be removed prior to war, all weapons must inflict the same damage and contain the same ammo amount.
10. Unless stated otherwise in overall war terms, each groups fort rules apply.
11. Raiding times are as followed; Weekdays: 4 PM EST - 11 PM EST, Weekends: 12 PM EST - 11 PM EST

The date for when the war begins can and will be negotiated between both sides.
Once OO is ready to negotiate terms, have a representative simply message me and we can schedule a quick meeting to negotiate such terms.
NOTE: TCD will be participating in war against OO while simultaneously providing support for the forces of the Motherland in their conflict with Frostaria.
