Edit or build, this is how it works (might not work) select a plane tool right click it and cut it go down to starter pack right click starter pack and click paste into and done.

Go into edit or build mode. Insert the tool. Cut it. Paste it into Starter Pack. Save your game. (Shouldn't this post be on building helpers?)
