Now before we catch some shut eye and lay out heads on our pillows and deal with whatever affairs we have on the morrow I have decided to declare war upon "Imperial Armada". It's been long enough since I dealt with Azure's constant flaming and egocentric characteristics and I believe many others have grown weary of his approach. This is hostility towards the HCOM+ and their leader, the group is fine.
Azure you have been so mean towards others on this game it's unbelievable. You do not know when to stomp on the breaks but only the gas pedal. At this moment, I declare war on your clan. Hopefully to stop this behavior.
Let's cut the cheese:
The War will begin Friday May, 13. At 6:30 PM EST.
Imperial Armada will use: Area 11
Raven Allegiance will use: Retrospect-Still being fixed.
Rules:
First to 10 Offensive and Defensive wins shall be victor in this war. Yes I said defensive, let's not do the usual offensive, over doing the same thing brings boredom and lack of interest.
No base updates are allowed unless consulted with the command or Council in the group.
Allies/Mercs are allow, despite the fact RA won't use allies.
Contact an HR 15 minutes before raiding.
Both sides must have admin for the HCOM on each of their fort. So there won't be disputes about logs, admin abuse, etc.
Base size is to be set to any size that is not over 37.
No unconditional victories.
If ends in a tie, a final battle will be formed to end it.
