It has come to my attention that when members of any organization go rogue, they cannot be arrested under the term of ''AoS''. I believe that this is completely unfair too everyone who is getting harassed and abused by the rogue personal.
TO BE ENACTED BY THE HOUSE AND SENATE
SECTION 1
If anyone whether it is a private organization or not can become marked under the term of ''AoS'' once they fully take the title of becoming ''rogue''. This bill is not to be a biased opinion on my view of rogue personals, but to help keep the safety of our citizens. If this bill does pass both chambers any rogue agent can officially take the title as ''AoS''. Proof should be included just in case there is abuse of this system.
