JUSTINFTHETTATH FOR DIRECTOR OF THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY.
Greetings and salutations, this application for the Central Intelligence Agency's directorship will cover all the basis on how much our intelligence system operates both domestically and internationally within the agency.
[Why do I desire the rank of Director for the world's premier intelligence service?]
I've been in the intelligence community for quite some time now, joining both the French, British and American intelligence services and succeeding both the agencys' and my own expectations. I have served as a CIA Chief Of Staff for Night's United States Of America for 3 months aswell as a CIA Special Activities Division Commander, I have also gained the rank of Federal Bureau Of Investigations Chief Advisor not so long ago aswell as Special Agent-Incharge for the National Security Agency. I also want to change on how our intelligence system currently works within the agency by implementing different types of methods [which will be covered later on] towards recruitment and agency activities both foreign and domestic.
[Future Plans as the Director of the CIA]
I plan on changing a lot of things as said before recruitment and agency activities here are a few ideas;
Services which will be implemented during my directorship;
1; Implementation of intelligence collection and Counter-Intelligence as a day to day routine for all agents including a seminar for newly invoked members on how IC and CI works.
2; Implementation of espionage and will be mandatory for all members of the Operations Directorate, a seminar will be hosted for newly invoked members and will cover all the basis on how espionage works.
3; Unorthodox recruiting method, although you can still get into the agency via tryouts if hosted but I'm aiming for something different a 3 day course which candidates will have to be recommended by any CIA staff and will have to be approved by the commanding officers of each directorate kindly note that your background will be re-checked and during that 3 day course you will have to pass a series of tests once you've passed them you will have to pass exams given by the director or deputy director. Once you've passed the exams you will be under surveillance for 3 days while on duty only once you passed the 3 day probation you are a fully invoked CIA Operative and may continue your career by choosing the given directorate and offices you wish to work in.
4; Ranking system
The ranking system will be different within the agency. Mid ranking officers such as handlers [handlers are officers who give tasks to the operatives] or department heads will be chosen by the director or voted by the Board Members. An operative cannot succeed as handlers or station chiefs unless voted on.
5; Agency Operations/Patrols
Since the CIA is an intelligence service you should know by now that not all our operations will be disclosed to the public.
Patrols; It is mandatory for agents to STAY OFF the team unless given permission by the station chief, unless said permission is asked or permitted operatives will be conducting civilian profiling and IC [Intelligence Collection]
The arrest tool will be utilized for neutralizing High Value Targets [HVTs] which pose as a threat to both the federal and civilian community.
