You need to manually insert the effects into lighting or Camera

Right click on Lighting and scroll over Insert, then look for SunAffect and click it.

Thanks, also how is it look like i have it parented to lightning.
but i see no changes in sun look or sky look. |

Most of the changes only appear in play / solo mode. |

Turn your graphics up. If that doesn't work, then you need to upgrade your computer's graphics card.

You can only see this in-game
It's not in edit mode, unless you click play with character
