I am currently building a 9/11 memorial for a Washington DC and cannot seem to make this work. I am trying to make the teardrop part from the teardrop 9/11 memorial that russia gave america. If anyone has any ideas on how to make it shiny, silver, and let alone make the tear part that would be great if you could help. Thanks.

neon or metal or ice. depends on what you like. just mess around with the properties of it.
