>>SPECIAL FORCES: COUNCIL DIVISION<<< This document will state the purpose/roles and names of the council. [SPECIAL FORCES: FEDERATION] a. The "Special Forces: Federation" or "SF:F" for short and will be the official council name for the Special Forces. b. The SF:F will be acting more or so as the "government" with-in SF. c. All members of the Council has to be at-least a Captain (or higher) to be eligible for being an appointee by the Deputy Director(s) AND Director. - The Council may approve or disapprove the newly appointed council member with majority vote. d. The Special Forces: Federation has the power to create/remove divisions with majority vote (e.i Special Forces: Federation can remove our scrimmage division with majority vote, etc.) - Special Forces: Federation has the power to remove/appoint new Heads for sub-divisions with-in the Special Forces (e.i Head of complaints, Head of Trainings, etc, etc.) e. Special Forces: Federation can advise the Director or Deputy Director in regards to the Special Forces. f. Special Forces: Federation has the ability modify/remove/add new rules/regulations/guidelines if majority comes in favor of doing so. g. Special Forces: Federation has the ability to remove or suspend members from the Special Forces (Conscript - Commandment). - If they are in the Council, they must first be voted upon to be removed from the Council, than they may have another vote to be removed from the Special Forces. h. Special Forces: Federation has the ability to appoint members to Captain. i. Special Forces: Federation have the same ability as the Director and the Deputy Director(s), but with majority vote only. j.The Special Forces: Federation may invite members into the Special Forces with majority vote. k. Special Forces: Federation has no immunity to SF's guidelines and rules set in place. They will be punished for breaking the rules/guidelines just like any other member. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ *The Director only has the ability to "veto" a majority vote with will nullify the vote. There will be no overriding the veto attempt. *In times of an "emergency state" or an emergency is declared by the Director, Secretary, Vice President of the United States, or the President of the United States; the Director of the Special Forces may need to create decisions or act swiftly therefor the Council may be suspended during this time. - An emergency state can be declared if deemed appropriate by anyone in the power of doing by the above positions mentioned.
